🦞🍕Crayfish Pizza
Recipe
-Pizza dough
-Drizzle of olive oil
-1x finely chopped garlic clove
- Crayfish meat
-Red onion
-Grated Cheddar cheese
-Grated paramasen cheese
-A few dollops of Persian fetta
-A few sprigs of thyme
-A squeeze of lemon
Make your dough (we use the Thermomix recipe). Roll it out and drizzle with oil. Add all the toppings except lemon, and throw it in the BBQ on its hottest setting until it's crispy. Drizzle with lemon and then hide from the kids 😎.
Massive shout out to Holly and Luke who saw us camped up on the beach while they were out fishing and dropped by to say hi with a fresh caught crayfish 🦞.

Where are you exploring this weekend?
We are camped up at Swimcart Beach in the Bay of Fires region of Tassie.
It's stunning, but there is a hectic undercurrent, so we took the kids to explore some other bays in the area and found this little gem near Suicide Beach. Let us know if you've got any recommendations for kid friendly swim spots in the Bay Of Fires region 😍
